Ten guest rooms are available at the Barn, offering a nice respite from everyday living. Each room is decorated with antiques and all have Cable TV, room controlled climate control, and private baths with shower. Four of the rooms have cathedral ceilings with fans, queen beds and a twin bed, and have access to a deck that overlooks the horse pastures.The Milkhouse Suite has a duo whirlpool tub and a private patio that opens to the garden.
The Milk Parlor Suite has a Kitchenette, Whirlpool Tub, and Private Deck overlooking the horse pastures and pool. The pool is also available for guest use from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
In the morning wake to the whinny of the horses outside your room and to a delicious homemade breakfast served in the old barn. Our breakfast feature is our "Hay Baler's Breakfast" which consists of bacon or sausage, farm fresh eggs, potatoes, and homemade breads. Other entrees include pancakes, waffles, and quiche.

* Saturday reservations either Friday & Saturday OR Saturday & Sunday. If the day is Sunday, the weekend rate will apply. On a Holiday weekend there is a and Sunday night will be at the weekend rate. Holidays occuring during the week are billed at the weekend rate. A one night Deposit is required to hold your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:Any reservations canceled prior to fourteen days of your arrival will be refunded their deposit less a $25 reservation fee (Applicable to a future reservation). Cancellations within fourteen days of your arrival will be assessed the full amount of the resevation. All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmation of such cancellations will also be in writing.

** Government Employees can use their Per Diem as their Corporate rate with proper identification.
