Any reservations canceled prior to fourteen days of your arrival will be refunded their deposit less a $25 reservation fee (Applicable to a future reservation). Cancellations within fourteen days of your arrival will be assessed the full amount of the resevation. All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmation of such cancellations will also be in writing.

  • Rates are based on two in a room / $30 for an extra person per night/ $15 for children per night.

  • Corporate rates are based on one person per room. Available only on weekdays, excluding holidays.

  • Ten guest rooms are available at the Barn, offering a nice respite from everyday living. Each room is decorated with antiques and all have Cable TV, high-speed internet access, room controlled climate control, and private baths with shower. Four of the rooms have cathedral ceilings with fans, queen beds and a twin bed, and have access to a deck that overlooks the horse pastures. The Milk House Suite has a duo whirlpool tub and a private patio that opens to the garden. The Milk Parlor Suite has a Kitchenette, Whirlpool Tub, and Private Deck overlooking the horse pastures and pool. The Paddock Family Suite has two rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, private bath w/shower private patio with views of the horse paddock.

  • All rates subject to 9% room tax. GRATUITIES / SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED.

  • All rooms also have private outside entrances.

  • The pool is available for guest use from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

  • In the morning wake to the whinny of the horses outside your room and to a delicious homemade breakfast served in the old barn. Our breakfast feature is our "Hay Baler's Breakfast" which consists of bacon or sausage, farm fresh eggs, potatoes, and homemade breads. Other entrees include pancakes, waffles, and quiche.

  • Prices DO NOT include 6% PA Sales Tax and 3% County Hotel Tax.

  • A gratuity will be added to 3 or more rooms booked by one party or an event.

  • This is a NON-Smoking facility - a working horse farm!

  • With regards to children , children over eight are welcome on the weekends. Weekdays we take children of all ages.

  • We accept pets in Rooms 8 and 9.

  • We no longer accept Discover and American Express. Only Visa and Master Card.

  • CHECK-IN: 3-7 PM (We can allow later check in by special arrangement).
  • CHECK OUT: 11 AM

  • Reservations require a two-night weekend booking. Holidays occuring during the week are billed at the weekend rate. A one night Deposit is required to hold your reservation.

  • Please check with us to see if a single Saturday night may be available or if two nights are available on Holiday weekends.

  • ROOM 9 AND 9A: If the suite (Room 9A) is not booked for a family then Room 9 will be available. You must call before to check availability.

  • Government Employee Day Rate
    (CORP*): Government Employees can use their Per Diem as their Corporate rate with proper identification.

  • Please note that Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
